Ministry Experience:

1980 - Joined Ps Phil and Chris and the C3 movement
1981 – Started first Connect Group
1983 – Started overseeing church Connect Groups
1989-1997 - Planted and built the first C3 in the USA (in New York)
1998-2008 - Ran the church planting school, started the Xpress Leadership training program, launched the 2020 Vision and oversaw church planting
2008-2015 – Executive Pastors of C3 Oxford Falls
2015-2020 – Sydney Executive, Global Team, overseeing Global growth and the strategic architecture of the movement
